Turnaround
Orders are typically shipped within 48 - 72 hours; (if all of the skin care products that were ordered are available from the supplier at time of purchase) Public holidays and weekends can delay shipping. Order Tracking
All orders are sent with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched. Express shipping is also available for a little bit extra. Please call us on 0393267160 or use the chat app to see if we can send your item/s Express.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the either the weight of your products or Cubic weight of the shipping carton and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided, it is considered in the care of Australia Post, and our delivery obligations have been fulfilled.
We kindly ask that customers ensure a secure delivery location is available. If your address is unattended or not secure, we recommend selecting a safer delivery option (such as a workplace address, parcel locker, or collection point).
In the event of a delivery issue, including lost or missing parcels, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly, as they manage the delivery process. Please note that Australia Post compensation is typically limited to up to $100 for lost items, and only where a parcel is deemed lost in transit.
For added peace of mind, shipping insurance is available at checkout, and we strongly encourage selecting this option for higher-value orders.
