What is Club Atone?

Club Atone is our rewards program designed to give you more back every time you shop with Atone. Earn points as you shop, refer friends, celebrate your birthday and more - then redeem your points for exclusive rewards.

How do I join Club Atone?

Joining is free and easy! If you don’t have an Atone account already, simply create an Atone account and then go back and opt into Club Atone. Once you're a member, you'll start earning points on eligible purchases and activities.

Do I have to pay to join Club Atone?

No.. you actually earn money by joining! Club Atone is completely free to join. It's our way of rewarding you for being part of the Atone community.

How do I earn Club Atone points?

There are lots of ways to earn points!

You automatically receive 100 points for joining Club Atone.
You can earn points when you shop with Atone. When you first join Club Atone, 1 point is added to your account for every $1 you spend. When you move up a tier, you receive more points for every $1 you spend.

You can also receive:

100 points for leaving a review.
50 points for following Atone on Instagram.
25 points for subscribing to the Two Women No Filter Podcast YouTube Channel.
25 points for following Two Women No Filter Podcast on Instagram.
100 points for subscribing to our Live Shopping Events.
100 points just for adding your birthday to your Club Atone account. Then, when your birthday rolls around, you’ll receive an extra points gift based on your Club Atone tier.

Your points can add up every time you interact with Atone - so the more you do, the more you earn.

Do I earn points every time I shop?

Yes! Every eligible purchase you make through Atone earns you Club Atone points. Make sure you're logged into your Atone account when you shop so your points can be correctly allocated.

How do I check my points balance?

Simply log into your Atone account and head to your Profile to view your current points balance and Club Atone loyalty tier. You can also visit the Club Atone Rewards section to see your available rewards, points balance and rewards history.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you've earned enough points for a reward, you can redeem them through your Club Atone account. Simply select the reward you'd like to use and follow the instructions to apply it to your order. There is a restriction of one reward per purchase, so please do bare this in mind.

Can I use my Club Atone reward with another discount code?

Club Atone rewards can be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms and conditions.

Do my Club Atone points expire?

Your Club Atone points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Don’t worry, we'll let you know before your points expire so you have time to use them.

What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?

If you have cancelled or returned a purchase that you've earned Club Atone points on, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted from your Club Atone balance once the return has been processed.

Can I earn points on sale items?

Yes! You'll earn Club Atone points on eligible purchases, including sale items, unless otherwise stated.

Can I earn points on gift cards?

Club Atone points aren't earned when purchasing a gift card. However, the recipient can earn points when they use their gift card to make an eligible purchase, provided they're a Club Atone member.

For example:
Sarah buys a $200 Atone gift card for Emma.
Sarah gets 0 Club Atone points for buying the gift card.
Emma uses the $200 gift card to purchase products.
Emma earns 200 Club Atone points on that eligible purchase.
At 20 points = $1, Emma has earned $10 in rewards.

What happens to my points if I forget to log into my account when I shop?

To ensure your points are automatically added, make sure you're logged into your Atone account before completing your purchase.

If you've made a purchase and believe your points are missing, contact our team at info@atoneskinclinic.com.au, and we'll be happy to look into it.

How does the Refer a Friend reward work?

Share your unique Club Atone referral link with a friend. When they make their first eligible purchase, you'll receive your Club Atone referral reward.

They’ll receive 250 Club Atone points when they join, and you’ll receive 250 points when they make their first purchase.

How does the birthday reward work?

Just by adding your birthday to your Club Atone account, you will automatically receive 100 points. We'll also have a little something special for you when your birthday rolls around.

Please see below how many points you will receive on your birthday depending on your tier:

Peach Tier = 100 points.
Pearl Tier = 250 points.
Ruby Tier = 300 points.

Please do bare in mind, if your birthday is within the next 30 days, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days.

Can I transfer my Club Atone points to someone else?

No. Club Atone points are linked to your individual account and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed by another person.

What happens if I unsubscribe from Atone emails?

Unsubscribing from marketing emails won't necessarily remove you from Club Atone. Your rewards account and marketing preferences are separate.

Can I have more than one Club Atone account?

Club Atone accounts are intended for individual customers. If you've accidentally created more than one account or used a different email address when shopping, contact our team and we'll help where possible.

What happens if I close my Atone account?

If you close your Atone account, you'll no longer be able to access your Club Atone points or rewards associated with that account.

Do Club Atone points work on in-clinic treatments?

Club Atone points can be earned and redeemed on eligible online purchases and in-clinic treatments.

If you purchase and book your treatment through Fresha, your points won’t be added automatically. Simply contact our team at info@atoneskinclinic.com.au with your booking details, and we’ll manually add your eligible points to your Club Atone account.

Do my existing Atone purchases count towards Club Atone?

You’ll start earning Club Atone points from the day you create your Club Atone account, not from when you signed up to Atone. Any eligible purchases made from this date onwards will count towards your Club Atone points balance.

Purchases made before you created your Club Atone account aren’t eligible for points.

When will my points appear in my account?

Points are generally added to your account once your eligible order has been placed. Please allow 24 hours for your points to appear. If your points haven't appeared after this time, contact our team.
