Using the much sort after Spearmint leaf combined with Licorice root provide a herbal taste sensation that improves after the first infusion. The mint is excellent for digestion, mood whilst the licorice is a wonderful anti cold remedy that assists the body to eliminate fluid and toxins.
Spearmint:
Digestive, respiratory, skin, colds, aches & pains, headaches & migraines, mood lifting. Irritable bowl syndrome, heartburn, queasiness, menstrual cramps, motion sickness.
Licorice:
Soothing, digestive remedy, gastric ulceration, diarrhoea, expectorant (promotes the removal of catarrhal matter and phlegm from the bronchial tubes), coughs, bronchitis, asthma, anti- inflammatory.^
